Ashish Verma holds the qualifications and NISM certification required under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. Details are available on request.

3. Methodology

Research views are formed using (a) fundamental analysis — macro indicators, earnings, balance sheet strength and valuation; and (b) technical analysis — price action, market structure, momentum, volume and support/resistance.

4. Disciplinary history

No penalty, disciplinary action, or pending proceeding exists against Ashish Verma or Onetrycapital with SEBI or any other statutory authority, as on the date of this disclosure.

5. Conflict of interest and holdings

• Ashish Verma or associates (including relatives) do not hold any financial interest in the subject company, or beneficial ownership of 1% or more, at the time of publishing a report, unless disclosed in that report.
• No compensation has been received from the subject company in the past twelve months, and no public offering of its securities has been managed or co-managed in that period.
• Neither Ashish Verma nor associates have served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company, or been engaged in market making for it.

We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 21 days of receipt.

Fees are as displayed on the plan you choose. Pay only through the bank account or UPI ID published on our Payment page. We never accept cash or payment to personal accounts. Fees are subject to SEBI limits applicable to Research Analysts.

3. No guarantee

Securities investments are subject to market risk. We do not promise or guarantee any return. See the Disclaimer.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate details and complete any KYC we are required to carry out.
• Use the research for your own use only; do not copy, forward, sell or publish it.
• Take your own decisions and keep your trading credentials private.

5. Intellectual property

All reports, content and marks belong to Onetrycapital or its licensors. Unauthorised use may lead to termination and legal action.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Onetrycapital is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, its research, or from events outside its control such as data delays or network failure.

7. Termination

You may stop the service at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to the investor's rights under SEBI grievance and ODR mechanisms.

Discontinuing the service

You may ask to stop the service at any time by writing to support@onetrycapital.com from your registered email or phone number.

Refund of unexpired period

Where you discontinue before the end of the subscribed period, the fee for the unexpired period is refunded on a pro-rata basis, as required under SEBI norms, after deducting any taxes and payment-gateway charges that cannot be recovered.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made to the same bank account or UPI ID from which payment was received, normally within 7 working days of the request being verified.

No refund for market outcomes

Fees are for the research service and access, not for any trading result. A refund is not available merely because a research view did not work out.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied, use the Grievance Redressal process; you may escalate to SEBI SCORES or SMART ODR.
